Che is a Vietnamese word for home-made beverages, dessert drinks, and puddings. Our Che is made to order using freshly cut coconut water or daily prepared coconut milk combined with select exotic, healthy, and delicious ingredients. Dairy free and gluten free refer only to our Che dessert drinks.

Whether you want something hot, iced or blended, our coffees won't disappoint! Our traditional Vietnamese coffee is robust and will keep you going for hours! Non-dairy options are available: Almond or Coconut milk.

Bambu's tea drinks are made from fresh tea leaves which will give a clear, dark yellow-brown color, slightly astringent taste. Most of our milk teas use non-dairy creamer. However, non-dairy options are available: Almond or Coconut milk.

Bambu yogurts are made from our Bambu yogurt powder, fresh fruit, fruit syrup, and half and half. Non-dairy options available with almond or coconut milk.

Waffles are Gluten free.
